NEW YORK, NY: February 25, 2009 - WOR News/Talk Radio 710 HD announced today that Reverend Al Sharpton will be a guest on The John Gambling Show tomorrow morning, Thursday, February 26th at 7am. The civil rights leader will discuss the controversial New York Post chimpanzee-stimulus bill editorial cartoon, race relations in New York, and his visit to the FCC calling for their investigation of Rupert Murdoch's extensive media ownership in New York City.

John Gambling states "In light of our new Attorney General Eric Holder's comments last week that America is 'essentially a nation of cowards' when discussing race, the actions and words of Al Sharpton have disturbed me. I look forward to finding out what the Reverend's goal is and whether he thinks we are all cowards."

The John Gambling Show, New York's only local News/Talk in the mornings, airs weekdays from 5:30am to 9am. John is joined by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg on Fridays from 8am-9am.
