A number of players from the New Jersey Nets, soon to be the Brooklyn Nets, journeyed over to downtown Brooklyn, where they took part in helping the staff at the Adult Rehabilitation Service Program. Kris Humphries, MarShon Brooks, Jordan Farmar and Shelden Williams performed a variety of hands-on tasks to assist developmentally disabled adults who are preparing to enter the working world. The event was coordinated by Brooklyn Unlimited. In addition to the players, several Nets employees also lent a hand to the effort.
