Andrew McFall lost his city job as a youth program director and the respect of his friends and neighbors when he was charged with flashing an 11-year-old girl in January.
On Thursday Manhattan prosecutors dropped the charges against McFall, leaving him vindicated but with a "bittersweet feeling."
"I'm pleased with the outcome, but I've been through five months of devastation to my life and my family. I lost my job, my reputation and my credibility," McFall, 41, told the Daily News outside court.
