Debate on issues surrounding low-income New Yorkers

On Thursday, Feb. 28, at 5 p.m., mayoral candidates will gather at First Corinthian Baptist Church in Harlem for a debate on issues impacting low-income New Yorkers. The "2013 Race for Mayor: What's in it for Low-Income New Yorkers?" forum is sponsored by the Community Service Society. The event will be moderated by Brian Lehrer of WNYC.

On Friday, Feb. 22, New York City Council Speaker Christine Quinn, Public Advocate Bill de Blasio, Comptroller John Liu, former Council Member Sal Albanese and newspaper publisher Tom Allon attended a mayoral forum at the CUNY Murphy Institute for Worker Education and Labor Studies on the "Future of Mass Transit."
