Bipolar man missing in Jersey

Police in New Jersey are looking for Jamel Robinson, a United States Navy veteran with a bipolar condition who was discharged.
Officials said he’s wandering the Jersey Shore and the woods of New Jersey. He’s been missing for 16 days. The family is hoping he’s not dead and is asking everybody to help.
