BROOKLYN TV SHOW ‘WHAT’S THE 411’ RECEIVES AWARD

The weekly Brooklyn-based celebrity-driven entertainment news and lifestyle television show “What’s the 411” received a Free Speech Award in the news and information category at the Brooklyn Public Network’s first annual B FREE Awards. “What’s the 411” was one of 14 television shows in the news and information category, which also included the progressive news show “Democracy Now” and “Brooklyn Savvy.” Ruth J. Morrison accepted the award.
“What’s the 411” has had big names on its show, including Samuel L. Jackson, Denzel Washington, Angelina Jolie, Beyoncé, Jennifer Hudson and Halle Berry.
