President Obama to headline NAN convention in April

The Rev. Al Sharpton announced this week that President Barack Obama will address the National Action Network’s 16th annual national convention, being held April 9-12. Also confirmed are U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, Obama administration Cabinet members, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio. The convention will be held at the Sheraton Times Square Hotel in Manhattan and is free and open to the public with select ticketed events. For more information, go to www.nationalactionnetwork.net.
