Our GBE African Re-education Month opens with congratulations to cultural icon, Nana Camille Yarbrough, performance artist, author, educator and activist, honored with the Lorraine Hansberry Award in her hometown of Chicago and home in New York City, where she was celebrated at Sistas’ Place in the Republic of Brooklyn.
