Wednesday, March 8, at 6:30 p.m., a parks committee meeting will take place at the Manhattan Community Board 10 office, located at 215 West 125th Street, Fourth Floor. Organizers for the Joseph Daniel Wilson Memorial Garden, located on West 122nd Street between Frederick Douglass Boulevard and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd, are requesting that the city protect and save the garden from developers through eminent domain. They have obtained more than 300 signatures, some collected on the street, others via online petition.
