Bobbi Humphrey performing at Ginny's Supper Club

Jazz flutist Bobbi Humphrey is set to perform at Ginny’s Supper Club at the Red Rooster (310 Malcolm X Blvd.) in Harlem Saturday, March 25, at 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
Known as the “First Lady of Flute,” Humphrey is celebrating more than 40 years of performing. She became the first female signed to Blue Note Records, recording with such artists as Lee Morgan and Stevie Wonder. Her recording of “Harlem River Drive” is a jazz classic. She is widely sampled by hip-hop artists such as Will Smith, Ludacris and The Roots, among many others.
She currently serves as CEO of her label, Paradise Sounds Records, and is celebrating the reissue and 20th anniversary of the “Passion Flute” album by bringing “Harlem River Drive Live” to Ginny’s Supper Club stage.
