Greetings! Our GBE African Liberation Month, in addition to the birthday of Malcolm X, salutes a true musical and global treasure, multiple Grammy Award-winning Motown recording artist-songwriter, producer Stevie Wonder, celebrating his 67th birthday. Stevie and I have been friends, creative partners and spiritual brothers since 1969. We also lift the memory of the beloved International King of Reggae, brilliant, inspirational global ambassador, Bob Marley, who died of cancer May 11,1981. Bob’s children have maintained his legacy, winning so many Grammy Awards they have become the first family of reggae.
