Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017, the Angels of Transformation Sacred Dance Group celebrated their third year anniversary entitled Holy Boldness at the Mount Pisgah Baptist Church. It was truly a praise dance celebration with invited guests Rhonda Rock, First Baptist Church of Crown Heights, Kingdom Life Ministry Praise Dancers, April Walcott of All of Christ Dance Ministry, St. Paul Community Baptist Church Jewel Ministers of Dance and Concord Baptist Church Ark of Praise Dancers.
Special guest clergy Pastor Carol Mills described Holy Boldness as stepping out on faith and doing what God called you to do regardless of age or body type. The oldest member of the group Geneva Nealy is 79 years young. The Angels of Transformation demonstrate that no matter your age, you can twirl. The director, Leslie Alston, stated, “It is our prayer that everywhere we are blessed to minister we transform the space. Our mission is simple. We bring light to the world through dance.”
