The Tau Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and the National Action Network’s Youth Huddle are partnering for an HBCU college fair on Saturday, Oct. 26, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the House of Justice, 106 West 145 St. in Harlem.

The event will expose and provide students an opportunity to meet representatives from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) as well as CUNY/SUNY Colleges and Universities.

Officials say the goal is not only to highlight the importance of higher education, but to also engage and educate the attendees by offering college related workshops. Parents are encouraged to attend as well so that they can be better prepared to assist their child in navigating the college admissions process.
