On Friday, June 19th, Harlemites held its 27th annual Juneteenth Celebration/Walk to Make Juneteenth a State Holiday.

Harlem’s Stephanie McGraw of W.A.R.M. (We All Really Matter) hosted a meal distribution on 125 Street. Throughout this time of COVID-19, the organization continues to serve the Harlem community every day saying: “With the help of partners like World Central Kitchen and donations from famous Harlem restaurant Red Rooster, we are able to provide meals to local residents. W.A.R.M. also distributed masks to assist with the prevention of the COVID-19 virus. We must be reminded that in times of crisis, it is more important than ever that we stay well, stay connected and support each other.”
