Thank you for your interest in the Editorial Internship Program. Positions area available for the Spring, Summer and Fall. Amsterdam News editorial interns must be located in the New York City-area and have a passion for writing about the Black community.
Students are required to have access to a reliable internet source and their own computer or laptop. Students will also be required to participate in weekly conference meetings with staff, editors and the editorial internship coordinator.
Applicants must submit a résumé, LinkedIn profile, cover letter and three writing samples to Digital Editor Josh Barker at josh.barker@amsterdamnews.com with “INTERNSHIP” in the subject line. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
