“Taste of the East Side”-$25 per person: Imagine visiting all of the great new and old eateries in East Harlem to taste what they have to offer: Ricardo Steakhouse, Milk Burger, Makana Hawaiian & Japanese BBQ, Agua Fresca and more. “Fun and Fit in the City”-FREE-10 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Harlem Armory (142nd Street between Lenox and Fifth avenues): A fun-filled uptown NYC Wine & Food Festival event of healthy food sampling, fitness activities and culinary demonstrations by chef Rocco DiSpirito, Melissa D’Arabian, TV personality Andrew Zimmern and Harlem’s own Marcus Samuelsson. Sponsored by Target with Harlem Children’s Zone and other companies, come for the expo to sample foods and learn how to live a healthier lifestyle. Be prepared to sweat a little at one of the yoga or zumba sessions provided by the event’s fitness partners.
