One Hundred Black Men Inc. of New York City (OHBM), welcomed nearly 200 members, friends and supporters to the induction ceremony of 24 new members at the organization’s 48th annual celebration of Founders Day on Thursday, Dec. 15 at the Cornell Club in New York.

“We are honored to have administered the oath of membership to 24 men of the highest standing and caliber befitting one of the nation’s leading volunteer organizations,” said Philip Banks Jr., OHBM president.

“Today, some of New York City’s and the country’s most talented professionals have joined our organization with a pledge to address the needs of our community, which are at an all-time high during this time of unprecedented local, national and international challenges,” he noted.

“We are confident that each of these men will be a tremendous asset to our chapter,” Banks concluded.
