Boys and girls ages 3 to 13 rocked the runway at New York City’s Hotel Pennsylvania last Saturday to benefit the Stop Bullying Project that’s finally catching on. Celebrating their third semi-annual Golden Runway Fashion Show for a Cause, the event featured the latest fashions and drew some amazing sponsors. This year’s event was quite successful, and the message was clear: to stop the bullying here.

After the news spread of the success of their spring-summer 2014 event in partnership with Autism Speaks, social media picked it up and the word is buzzing throughout the airwaves. Designers such as Guess (Earnshaw’s winner of 2014 Best Boy Brand), Andy and Evan, emerging London designers Jesse and James and British designs by Huckle Bones were all very well received. Nanos, Petit, Little Charberry, Savanna Banana, Spoiled Pretty and Little Miss Gala were also a part of the fun-filled, fabulous show. In addition, the fall-winter 2014 Golden magazine cover will further showcase this event.

Golden magazine has partnered with the Stop Bullying Project, a non-for-profit organization dedicated to spreading awareness, prevention of bullying and, most importantly, promoting anti-bullying while building role models of the future. Golden magazine creates a “Runway for Children,” providing the latest fashion, arts, education, health, activities and resources for kids and parents. Golden is a literary journal of designers, inspirational stories, entertaining, activities and pertinent resources for kids and parents.
