Who doesn’t love cheese? Really, there are too many varieties for both those who are lactose intolerant (goat, sheep) and everyone else. Therefore there would be no reason to say no to an invitation by the good folks of Murray’s Cheese Bar (@MurraysCheezBar, 264 Bleeker St., 646-476-8882, www.murrayscheesebar.com) for lunch to sample their fall menu. Murray’s is a New York City institution! I am happy to say yes!
