A capacity sized crowd was on hand at the Paradise Catering Hall to celebrate the 35 individuals and one organization which were recognized at the 6th Caribbean Life Impact Awards, hosted by Ruschell Boone of NY1.
The honorees represented many countries in the Caribbean and were drawn from a variety of sectors; they included entrepreneurs, influencers, technology leaders, youth leaders, humanitarians and entertainers.
Publicist and media relations specialist Lyndon Taylor was among the individuals of Caribbean descent honored for their outstanding achievements and contribution.
Taylor, a Jamaican by birth, is an employee of Finn Partners, the public relations agency of record for the Jamaica Tourist Board.
He is a youth activist, volunteer and mentor, with more than 20 years of experience in media and communications.
