Rachael Tipping has a diverse background in design, operations, and business development. A graduate of Parsons School of Design in Manhattan, Rachael began her career at Heritage of Pride, where she spent three years helping to organize the iconic NYC Pride events. She later transitioned into sales in the fitness industry, gaining valuable experience before shifting her focus to operations. In this role, Rachael worked closely with minority-owned small businesses, helping them streamline their processes for greater efficiency and growth. Since 2023, Rachael has been a key member of the Amsterdam News team and took on the role of Controller in early 2024. Her unique blend of creative and operational expertise makes her an invaluable asset to the company.
