Hollis Cosmetics’ goal is to enrich the lives of human beings and provide a means for people to elevate the quality of their lives. Designed by Hollis A. Roberts-Sherman and Phillip L. Delancy, the cosmetics line consists of foundations, finishing powders, pressed powders, shadows, eye and lip liners, mascara, blushes and a wide range of lip colors and nail polish. The skin care line includes four professional and retail lines, each containing an entire range of products to focus on a specific skin condition. They are all designed to complement each other with harmonious blends of natural oils and herbal extracts.
While developing and launching their cosmetic line, Roberts-Sherman realized one of her dreams. She opened her first spa on January 2003 with her business partner, Delancy, who is responsible for the Hollis skin care line’s development. Currently, their full-service spas offer an entire range of treatments, from hair services and facials to body treatments, manicures and pedicures.
The Hollis product line allows every woman to create looks from the most naturally elegant to the most dramatic for that special occasion or for everyday wear. The line is especially formulated in brilliant colors that give your skin a radiant glow and finish all day.
In skin care, Hollis presents a calming line for skin that suffers from redness and irritation. Clients with these conditions will experience therapeutic and healing effects and reduce puffiness with Chinese tea extracts, chamomile and allantoin.
For dry and sun-damaged skin, their rejuvenating treatment line revives and replaces youthfulness. This skin type will benefit from the rich revitalization formula that nourishes and protects the skin cells against deterioration. This formulated blend of vegetable proteins and natural oils will leave your skin feeling moisturized, comfortable and thoroughly refreshed.
The Hollis intense acne line for severe acne was developed to stop active acne breakouts and dry up severe acne conditions. This salicylic acid-based line is an effective treatment for problem skin.
Their skin care line also has a control line for problem or blemished skin. Scrubs containing honey, almond and oatmeal are a great treatment for hands and feet; it’s a relieving body scrub that give the skin new radiance. There are also enriched gels and lightening creams for gently lightening and toning the skin in a healthy manner without bleaching or damaging the skin’s protective layers.

Roberts-Sherman trained and worked hard for years for her company’s success. She is a graduate of the International University of California in Watford, England; the world Federation of Supreme Hair Dressers in London; and Christine Shaw’s beauty college in London. Today, in Nassau, her company conducts seminars and training sessions to various businesses and organizations. They give instructions on grooming, personal hygiene, skin care treatments, makeup application, etiquette and ways of enhancing natural beauty and the benefits of spa treatments.
