Despite the onslaught of the relentless tide of realtors and developers, the party goes on at Eddie Thomas Freeman’s esteemed Bedford-Stuyvesant acclaimed Sugarhill Restaurant & Supper Club (609-615 Dekalb Ave. on the corner of Nostrand Avenue) in Brooklyn. Freeman continues to push back against the relentless tide of real estate offices seeking a sale, and in a display of unwavering, uncompromising values, the community came out to celebrate 39 years of service.

Sugarhill Restaurant & Supper Club is open Monday through Sunday with dining, dancing and live entertainment. Jazz and blues are featured Monday through Sunday.
