The sixth annual book festival in Brooklyn is back! On Sunday, Sept. 18, literary giants, local authors and book lovers will convene for a day full of panel discussions, book signings and workshops. The festival will take place at Brooklyn Borough Hall on Joralemon and Court streets from 10 a.m to 6 p.m.

Some of the 260 confirmed authors include Terry McMillan and Walter Mosley. The panel discussions will include one titled, “Politically Incorrect Parenting,” which will feature the ongoing debate surrounding “acceptable” parenting with the author of the book “Go the F**k to Sleep,” Adam Mansbach, among others. There will also be a host of events surrounding the festival. The book festival is an initiative of Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz, presented by Brooklyn Tourism and the Brooklyn Literary Council.
