To commemorate Queen Elizabeth’s 60th year in her position, the British designer Aruna Seth has designed a limited-edition wedge pump. There are only 10 pairs of these collector’s items available at Harrods in London.

“We’ve designed a line of British-themed shoes to celebrate the queen’s Jubilee on June 5,” said Seth. “Record numbers of England’s citizens and folks from around the world turned out to cheer the 1,000-boat parade and celebrate the queen on this very special occasion.”

The company wanted to celebrate the Jubilee in shoes. The Swarovski crystal-covered wedges are designed with and without bows and were worn by a few members of royalty to various events.

Seth’s family is well-known in the shoe industry. However, it’s Seth’s name that is creating today’s headlines. Her brand has become synonymous with exquisitely designed, showstopping shoes.

Acclaimed by the fashion press around the world for her designs, she is known for her attention to detail. It has been this designer’s lifelong dream to create glamorous shoes. Her shoes give women comfort and luxury.

In her approach, Seth views details as more than a matter of embellishment. She uses Swarovski crystals, intricate trims and sensuous materials that make her shoes instantly recognizable. Now familiar fixtures on the red carpet, her signature “Cerise” style is embraced by fashion VIPs for evening elegance.

Like her shoes, Seth can be found in fashion capitals around the world; she maintains showrooms in London and Moscow.
