Two thousand Kingstonians and their international friends filled Emancipation Park in the Jamaican capital on Sunday, March 10 for the very first Kingston City Run, which included the half marathon and 5k races.
Pictured here is 11-year-old Carson O’Sullivan, who ran the 5K and came in 30th out of 1,800 participants. Runners from all walks of life packed Jamaica for the successful fun-filled weekend, which included a carnival party and health and wellness fair. The Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB) and the Jamaica Hotel and Tourist Association (JHTA) urge next year’s potential participants to book their tickets for next year’s run.
