It’s all or nothing. Two-time Olympic medalist Bernard Lagat will be running the 1,500 meters at the Adidas Grand Prix on June 9, but at the Olympic trials, he will be putting all of his eggs into the 5,000-meter basket.

Craig Nowak’s recent 1,600-meter win at the Texas 5A State High School Championships earned him “Kick of the Week” honors on flotrack.org. The senior from Cypress, Texas, whose winning time of 4:06.65 ranks No. 2 in the nation, will be competing in the Adidas Dream Mile at Randall’s Island.
