Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer released the second edition of the office’s Immigrant Rights and Services Manual to help immigrant communities navigate their way around important issues in New York City. Immigrant issues addressed in the manual include information on workers’ rights, employment agencies, English language studies and deferred action for childhood arrivals.
