Melba’s Restaurant in the Harlem State Office Building hosted the 90th birthday celebration for Lucille Singleton and her 200 guests. Singleton is infamously known for having jogged in Central Park at the wee hours in the morning for the past 10 or more years. Community leaders and people from the entire city came to give praise and congratulations to this remarkable senior citizen.
