The New York Urban League (NYUL) has retained Jones Lang LaSalle to do an assessment of its property on 136th Street. The goal is to determine how to best leverage the assets of the three historic buildings to align with NYUL’s plans for the future.

The organization recently received a $250,000 grant from the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York through state Sen. Kevin Parker to provide basic updates to its 100-year-old Harlem brownstones. NYUL has also received a grant from the New York Community Trust to complete its strategic planning process.
