Mark Feldman (53013)

Brooklyn District Attorney-elect Ken Thompson announced that Mark Feldman will serve as his chief assistant. The chief assistant is the second-in-command to the district attorney and is in charge of managing the office on a daily basis as well as directing specialized task forces and divisions. Feldman recently served as deputy inspector general for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, where he was responsible for investigations into issues of employee misconduct, vendor fraud and allegations of nepotism.

“Mark Feldman is an outstanding lawyer and someone whose integrity is beyond reproach. Whether it’s prosecuting organized crime rings or investigating fraud, he has proved himself to be one of the best prosecutors in New York,” Thompson said. “I am thrilled to have him serve as our chief assistant, and I have no doubt he will make Brooklyn proud.”
