New York City’s inauguration ceremonies for Mayor-elect Bill de Blasio, Public Advocate-elect Letitia James and Comptroller-elect Scott Stringer will be held on Jan. 1 at City Hall. Tickets to the swearing-in ceremony are being made available to the general public for one of the first times in recent history. Mayor-elect de Blasio and future first lady Chirlane McCray will greet attendees at City Hall after the swearing-in ceremony.
