The members of Universal Zulu Nation and the NYC “Harlem Hood” will host an event on Wednesday, March 5, under the theme “The 21st Century Community Roles of Womyn Leadership.” New York Amsterdam News Editor Nayaba Arinde and Pam Africa of the MOVE Organization and the Free Muma Campaign group will be speaking at the meeting, which is in observance of “Womyns Heritage Month.” The free meeting will take place at the Harlem’s National Black Theater on 2033 Fifth Ave. and will feature traditional Universal Zulu Nation opening rituals, a Q-and-A with the guest speakers and cultural performances.
