East Harlem celebrated Puerto Rican culture on Saturday at the annual 116th Street Festival. Reggaeton and salsa played from two stages, hosted by radio stations La Mega and Radio Amor and by the Daily News. Vendors selling grilled meats and mixed fruit drinks lined the full sweep of the festival, along Third Avenue from 106th Street to 116th Street.

On Sunday the National Puerto Rican Day Parade ran along Fifth Avenue from 44th to 79th Street.
