The poll numbers are in for upper Manhattan’s District 13. Charles Rangel narrowly won with 47% of the vote. Andriano Espaillat came in second with 44%.

Michael Walrund only got enough votes to finish third with Yolonda Garcia coming in after him.

After Rangel’s victory speech last night, Espaillat refused to concede, calling the vote to close to call.

All polls have reported, though there are still 900 absentee ballots left to count, reports MSNBC.
