Tonight, Sept. 18, @OysterBashNYC, presented by @ChefsTableNYC, is a fully immersive experience featuring an extensive menu of oysters, guided tastings and oyster selections curated by special guest Julie Qiu of the popular blog “In a Half Shell.”
The event will help raise awareness for the @BillionOyster Project, whose goal is to restore 1 billion oysters to New York Harbor.
