The NBA and Hollywood came together Feb. 26 at the London West Hollywood Hotel in Los Angeles to celebrate the premiere of “Kobe Bryant’s Muse,” the Showtime documentary that tells the story of the basketball icon’s career up until now.
Guests in attendance included Bryant’s wife, Vanessa, the film’s director Gotham Chopra and his father, Deepak Chopra, shoe designer Christian Louboutin, Andy Garcia and Rick Fox. Fox, former Bryant teammate on the Lakers-turned-actor, said that Bryant’s foray into Hollywood allows him to expose sides of himself people didn’t know existed.
Also Feb. 26, Kim Kardashian, clad in a latex dress that hugged her body like a glove, and her husband, Kanye West, were spotted headed to a tattoo artist after leaving Madonna’s party at Annabel’s nightclub in London. According to Kardashian, she talked Yeezy out of getting a face tattoo, and he ended up having the birthdays of his late mother, Donda, and daughter, North West, inked on his wrists instead. Meanwhile, Kardashian and her family reportedly inked a three-year deal for their reality show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” with E! that was worth $1 million.
