The life of gun violence victim Chris S. Owens will be honored at a vigil Sunday, April 26, 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. in Harlem on the corner of West 121st Street and Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard.

At just 13, Owens was shot and killed by a stray bullet. His killer has not been found. His father, Chris Foy, started the Chris S. Owens Foundation to end gun violence. Parents and organizations who wish to participate in the vigil are being asked to bring a photo of someone who has been lost to gun violence.
