Bronx Assemblymember Michael A. Blake participated in a State Legislator Briefing at the White House with President Barack Obama and senior administration officials Wednesday.
The purpose of the briefing was to discuss best practices and ways to collaborate on addressing challenging topics/issues in criminal justice, jobs, middle-class economics, education (including college affordability) and other pressing matters in our communities.
Blake is a former White House aide to President Obama, who directed national African-American, minority business, and state and local elected official outreach.
