It was a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend for “Law & Order: SVU” star Ice-T and his wife Coco, who gave birth to a 5.7-pound, 18-inch baby girl, Chanel Nicole.
Said Coco, “Ice and I are so proud! I cried while she was coming out. I was so excited to meet her.” Coco says she pushed Chanel out in three tries.
The proud new mom, dad and bundle of joy took a photo together just five minutes after delivery, which Coco describes as “skin to skin” contact, which is better for a more bonding experience.
Actress and comedienne Phyllis Yvonne Stickney is back Dec. 5 at Ashford and Simpson’s Sugar Bar with two performances of her “Laughter and Lyrics,” an evening of Stickney paying homage to women of wisdom and words, such as Nikki Giovanni, Ruby Dee and more, plus a performance by Sugar Bar band members Tony Stevenson and Alec Santas, with special guest Nene McLean.
