A video making its rounds on the internet shows a true community hero in Chicago taking a loaded gun from a child.
The cell phone video posted to YouTube on Monday shows a woman, who calls herself Stacy,” confiscating a gun from a young child who appears to be younger than 10 years old. The child was walking down the street with the weapon in broad daylight.
“This is how kids get shot,” the women said to the child who said he was taking the gun to someone else.
The women confiscates the gun, gets in her car and drives off.
Last weekend, six people were killed and 38 were wounded across Chicago as a result of gun violence.
