Asthma inhaler (92667)

We will never know the extent to which Dayshen McKenzie, who recently fled for his life from a white gang on Staten Island, might have been helped by Yocheved Bat-Imedt, a registered nurse and holistic asthma consultant. With the whites screaming racial epithets and one waving a gun, McKenzie feared for his life—and died of an asthma attack.

Bat-Imedt has not been asked to comment on the details of the incident, but she can and will address the serious issue of asthma Sunday, June 26, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at TRS Professional Suites, 40 Exchange Place in the Wall Street area.

“I will be presenting [First Aid for Asthma Attacks] training,” Bat-Imedt said in a recent email. “This class is being filmed for an online training video to provide invaluable information, so that people all over the world will have the opportunity to help save asthmatic lives by learning what to do and what steps to take, while waiting for medical attention when an asthmatic is having an attack—even if there is no inhaler available.

You are invited to attend. For every person that attends this class, the training is free. The only monetary obligation is a $35.00 registration fee that includes class materials, otherwise there is no other fee.”

Normally, the fee for this training is $375.
