The Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce hosted their Harlem Week/Basil Paterson Awards Luncheon Aug. 11. Alongside health and business summits, the award ceremony also celebrated the first Harlem/Havana Music & Cultural Festival. Esteemed attendees included Rep. Charles Rangel, NYPD Assistant Chief Kim Royster and the Rev. Al Sharpton.
