New York Amsterdam News Editor and breast cancer survivor Nayaba Arinde was featured on a panel discussion on Friday on TheRoot.com.
Broadcast on Facebook Live, the discussion, titled “I’m a Survivor,” was moderated by TheRoot.com Social Content Producer Danielle Young. Arinde was joined by fellow breast cancer survivors Denise Mitchell and Nacole Ali.
The women discussed their own stories about being diagnosed with breast cancer, their treatment and how they were able to stay strong.
