The Friends of Frederick E. Samuel Foundation, Inc. successfully kicked off their fourth season of Harlem Got Talent, a neighborhood youth music program.
Under leadership of music director Hal Keshner, children aged 6 to 16 learn techniques of singing, writing music and playing instruments. During the season, participants will perform for family, friends and local neighborhood groups.
Classes meet every Tuesday evening from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Drew Hamilton Community Center located at 220 W. 143rd St. Classes are free and students are provided meals.
