Greetings! The 46th annual International African Arts Festival hosts its opening ceremony and celebration entitled, LIBATION—A Tribute to Ancient and Modern Ghana. It takes place Sunday, June 4, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Festival’s home base, Restoration Plaza. The libation extravaganza June 4 takes place at 1368 Fulton St. at New York Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y., in the Restoration complex. (See “COMMUNITY”)
