Saturday, Aug. 5, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., the Malcolm Shabazz Harlem market, located on West 116th Street between Fifth avenue and Malcolm X Boulevard, will host its third annual Louis Armstrong Jazz Fest.

Free and open to the public, this year’s festival features vocalists Dr. John “Satchmo” Mannan, Teri Davis, Annette St. John and Lee Olive Tucker. A host of Harlem musicians led by trumpeter James Zollar and saxophonists Mannan and Alvin “Wink” Ellington Flythe will be featured, as will performances by tap dancers.

The event coincides with Harlem Week.
