The Brooklyn NAACP and the Center for Law and Social Justice at Medgar Evers College are hosting the Brooklyn District Attorney Candidate Night Thursday, Sept. 7, at 6 p.m. at Medgar Evers College (1638 Bedford Ave., Brooklyn).
The seven candidates running to be the Brooklyn DA will participate in the discussion five days before the primary election. The candidates will discuss police brutality and accountability, prosecutorial discretion, implicit bias, restorative justice and juvenile justice.
