Greetings! Nominations for the 75th annual Golden Globe Awards on NBC’s “Today” show were live from the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Alfre Woodard was among the presenters. Among the nominations were Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture—Drama: Denzel Washington for “Roman J. Israel, Esq.”; Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in Any Motion Picture: Mary J. Blige for “Mudbound” and Octavia Spencer for “The Shape of Water”; and Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture—Musical or Comedy: Daniel Kaluuya for “Get Out.”

Composer and producer Ray Chew, music director of “Dancing with the Stars,” led a jubilant celebration of iconic music superstar Stevie Wonder with “Sing Along: The Music of Stevie Wonder,” at the Stern Auditorium /Perelman Stage. R&B legends Leela James and BeBe Winans, keyboard wizards Paul Shaffer and Matthew Whitaker and the soulful String Queens trio joined the stage.
