The Each One Teach One-Harlem Invitational Summer League brings young athletic talent uptown to Rucker Park on Eighth Avenue and 155th Street on the weekends. The combination of George Ball’s program this year with Hammer Stevens’ girls’ basketball program creates a summer season of some competitive youth basketball.

The Harlem Invitational features three divisions: 9 and under, the 11 and under and the 13 and under.

The New Jersey Raptors, the Teaneck Titans, Lady Prestige and Da Fam Club are represented in each of the three girls’ divisions.

Milbank, the New Jersey Sparks, the New York Hoopers, the 363 Lady Lions, the Court Runners, Harlem USA, the Panthers, the Brooklyn Saints, Lady Spartans and Ladies Who Hoop are also registered.

The Each One Teach One boys’ tournament also has 9 and under, 11 and under and 13 and under divisions, as well as a 19 and under high school division. The Westchester B-Ball Club, Central Baptist Church, the Bobby Bingo All-Stars, Each One Teach One, the Eric Bowles team, Scan El Faro, Panther Pride, the Lightning, the Harbor School, the B-Ballers, the Equality School, Teach Our Youth, Facts Over Opinion and Puerto Rico are all participants.
